Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

Customers may request to cancel an order before it has been processed or dispatched.

If an order has not yet entered processing, a full refund will be issued.

If an order has already entered processing, cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to administrative or payment processing costs.

Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

Customers must wait until the item has been delivered before requesting a return in accordance with this Refund Policy.

Returns

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition

  • Include all original packaging and accessories

  • Not show signs of misuse or damage caused by the customer

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs or videos showing the problem

Upon verification, we will provide a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be issued if:

  • The item has been used beyond normal inspection

  • The product has been intentionally damaged

  • The return request falls outside the return period

  • The customer cannot provide proof of purchase

Refund Processing

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
